Meet the ActionCOACH Leadership and Support Team.                                             

Our ActionCOACH Master Licensee Office Team suport our Franchisees in Scotland, North West England, North Wales, East Midlands and Northern Home Counties.  We have developed our team and support systems to better leverage resources and utilise key strengths. We provide support and growth to our coaches and firm owners. This unique approach to franchising support means that every one of the coaches within the team has on offer to them a greater base network for coaching, accountability and marketing the ActionCOACH brand so each coach can dedicate their time and attention to their clients’ success. Our team is led by two Master Licensees in Partnership, Neil Sinclair and Sally Sinclair, each managing a section of the team with a focus in their specific area of expertise for the territories.

Neil is the General Manager of the Master Licensee Office and has been a successful Business Coach with ActionCOACH. Having been in ActionCOACH and the Business Coaching Industry since 2001, Neil is very well qualified, experienced and well positioned to work in partnership with the other ActionCOACH Coaches to help them further grow themselves both personally and professionally.

Sally having also been in the Industry 10 years, supporting Coaches and their actiivities, is well placed to understand what is required to successfully grow an ActionCOACH Franchise Business. Sally's role for the last 3 years, has primarily been that of Accountability Coach, supporting Coaches to stay focused on and acheive their goals and stipulated business plans.
